Refund & Cancellation Policy

Leadova is operated by ValueColony Ltd. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.
2. Refunds — monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period once they have renewed. We do not pro-rate partial months.
3. Refunds — annual plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused months if you cancel within the first 30 days of the term. After that, the term is non-refundable.
4. Consumer right of withdrawal (UK/EU)
Where consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription, unless you have begun using the Service during that period and expressly waived the right at checkout.
5. Faulty service
If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we will issue service credits or a refund at our discretion. Email support@leadova.app with details.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@leadova.app from the address on your account, including the invoice number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
