Message us on WhatsApp from the number you use with Leadova and reply DELETE MY DATA. We'll confirm, then delete your information and stop all messages.
Email privacy@leadova.app from the address on your account, or include the WhatsApp number you use with Leadova so we can identify you. Tell us whether you want everything deleted or only specific job records.
Tax rules require us to keep finalised quotes, invoices and job records for 6 years. Where that applies we lock the records away so they're no longer used, and delete them once the period ends.
We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once it's done. Most are completed within a few working days.
